CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

CONFERENCE FEE:

International Participants

  • Regular participants: US$300 (includes conference kit and meals during conference)

Local Participants

  • Regular participants: RM790 (includes conference kit and meals during conference)

  • Student participants: RM690 (includes conference kit and meals during conference)

 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

  • Each fee-paying university member of ASAIHL is allocated with free registration of their conference delegates for up to THREE (3) participants, who are nominated by the Head of the organization or institution. The free registration has to be done together as a group by the participants from each organization or institution using the following registration form. Proof of the nomination has to be attached with the completed registration form for verification.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Format

  • The submission should contain original material that has neither been previously published in a journal, nor is currently under review by another conference or journal

  • Abstract

    The abstract should include a title; the name, address and e-mail of the first author; an abstract of not more than 200 words; and five keywords. You may submit your abstract through email to: asaihl2016@upm.edu.my  [Click here for abstract submission form]

  • Country Reports

    Country reports should exceed 5 pages including an abstract focusing on the theme of the conference (Specifications: A4 with 1-inch margins, Times New Roman font, 11 points, and 1.5 spacing).

  • Full Papers

    Full papers should have a maximum of 5 pages including graphs and figures (Specifications: A4 with 1-inch margins, Times New Roman font, 11 points, and 1.5 spacing). The submission should include the title, the author, the organisation, the abstract, the keywords, the main text and the references.Full papers should be submitted through email to: asaihl2016@upm.edu.my

  • All papers will be published as book of contributions.

Delivery

  • Country Reports

    25 minutes per presenter (including Q&A). Please submit a brief CV and picture of the speaker after notification of Paper Acceptance.

  • Full Papers

    15 minutes presentation (including Q&A). Please submit a brief CV and picture of the speaker after notification of Paper Acceptance.
